Primofunsanctum is a luxury artificial floral design house based in London, United Kingdom. We specialise in bespoke artificial floral arrangements for weddings, events, homes, and commercial spaces.

3. Services

Our services include but are not limited to:

• Bespoke artificial floral design and arrangement
• Event and wedding floral decoration
• Home and commercial interior floral styling
• Design consultation and project planning
• Delivery and installation

4. Quotations and Pricing

All quotations provided are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Prices are quoted in British Pounds Sterling (GBP) and are exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise. Final pricing will be confirmed in writing before any work commences.

5. Orders and Deposits

A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total project value is required to confirm a booking. The remaining balance is due 14 days before the event or installation date. For bespoke orders, a design approval stage is included in the process.

6. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made in writing. The following terms apply:

• More than 60 days before event: Deposit forfeited, no further charges
• 30–60 days before event: 75% of total amount due
• Less than 30 days before event: 100% of total amount due

7. Intellectual Property

All designs, photographs, content, and materials on this website are the intellectual property of Primofunsanctum and are protected by copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without prior written permission.

8. Photography

We reserve the right to photograph our installations for portfolio and marketing purposes. Client confidentiality will be respected, and no personal information will be shared without consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

While we take every care in the design, production, and installation of our arrangements, Primofunsanctum shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.

10. Force Majeure

Primofunsanctum shall not be held liable for delays or failures in performance resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, transportation disruptions, or supplier failures.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
